The initial consultation dives into many aspects of a your health history. The goal is to gain a full understanding of your overall wellness, including family history, childhood history, current health issues, diet, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, and emotional and mental status. 

This process provides a thorough look at the various parts that all contribute to your health, or lack thereof. Are you truly motivated to improve your health? Are you dedicated to making changes? Do you want to live a longer and healthier life?

Health isn't just about vital signs and laboratory tests. It isn't just about your prior diagnoses and your medications. Health is about preventing diseases before they occur, and treating root causes instead of symptoms. Health is about your emotional maturity and mental fitness. Health is about taking charge of your body and mind, and not relying on anyone else for your own happiness.
