A. Comprehensive Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine Plan: This includes quarterly appointments with minimal wait times, along with annual Platinum Lab Work (see below). In addition, patients receive 20% discounts on prescribed OTC supplements and other featured services. Dr. Payne is also available for phone calls, telehealth, and/or next-day appointments when available. Home visits may be offered when approprate.

This plan is for those who wish to embark on a preventive care path with wellness coaching and lifestyle management.       Annual fee - $3000

B. Men's Mental Wellness Plan: This includes twelve 50-minute sessions (one per month) along with initial GI Stool Assessment and Silver Lab Work (see below), and includes 20% discounts on prescribed OTC supplements.    Annual fee - $2500      [This does not include any further lab work/tests that may be advised, or additional sessions.]

This exemplary test looks for up to 50 types of active cancer in the body, and is recommended for those with prior history of cancer, family history of cancer, and those wanting peace of mind. Data suggests that 2% of the population has an active but undetected cancer at any given time.

This is not a genetic predisopsition test, but one that searches for active signs of cancer in the body.   $1000

If your initial consultation suggests a need for hormone replacement therapy, the first line treatment is BioTE pellet therapy. This procedure invloves depositing small pellets containing testosterone and/or estrogen through a very small incision into subcutaneous fat deposits. This therapy usually lasts 5-7 months for men, and averages 3 months for women.     

Male - $720 per placement

Female - $360 per placement

These treatments wil require additional blood panels to monitor hormone levels, and these vary in price and timing.

The Alma Duo Shockwave therapy requires a package of 6 treatments ideally over three weeks for both Erectile Dysfunction (ED) in men and sexual dysfunction in women.  Set of 6 is $2400

The Alma Duo Shockwave therapy can be used for a variety of muscle, tendon, ligamant, and fascia issues. The requirements for treatment depend on the location and severity of injury/pain. The following prices include an initial consultation along with the desired number of treatments (minimum of 3).

Dr.Payne offers in-depth medical weight loss evaluatios and treatments. These include an initial consultation and primary lab work, with treatments tailored to each patient. This may include prescriptions for GLP's and/or other weight loss medications.

Any medications prescribed are charged in addition.

Microneedling involves the use of fine surgical-grade needles that create tiny punctures in the skin to trigger a natural healing response and boost production of collagen and elastin. This procedure can improve skin texture, tone, and appearance by reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It can also be effective for treating acne scars and in treating hyperpigmentation. Microneedling maybe effective in stimulating hair growth as well.

This procedure works best with multiple treatments, usually spaced at leat one month apart. It can also be combined with PRP for an added boost to the healing process.
